CO2 Facility Construction

Location: Liberal, Kansas

Purpose/Opportunity:

The scope of this project included construction of a CO2 facility within an operational ethanol plant, ensuring no disruption to the plant’s functionality.

 
Methods:

Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with client personnel and facility operations to manage logistics and construction activities, prioritizing safety and efficiency.

 
Results/Benefits:

We executed all major scopes in-house, including off-site pipe fabrication, civil, mechanical, and I&E work. Flexibility was demonstrated by mobilizing quickly and adapting to client changes, while maintaining uninterrupted facility operations. The project was completed on schedule safely, utilizing 394 CY of concrete and 4,822 LF of pipe.
